As outlined in AS/NZS 3760:2003 “…electrical equipment, connected to the electrical supply by a flexible cord and/or connecting device” such as multi-boxes, leads, computers, heaters, fans, toasters, jugs etc.

Everyone that uses or owns an electrical appliance connected to power via a flexible cord.
This includes but is not limited to;

• Industrial Premises
• Storage Facilities
• Post shops
• Health professionals
• Accommodation providers
• Restaurants
• Educational providers
